Working Hours/Days: hours vary from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday – Friday, overtime and Saturdays as required Overview: p style="margin: 0px;"Looking for that person who has great customer service skills. Enjoys speaking with customers face to face and over the phone is a real team player. Will be asked to find solutions and resources for our customers on the heavy construction side of our business. 85% of your time will be in front of computer looking for parts from schematics and different Caterpillar software diagrams to insure the correct solution is provided.
