Clean fryer using scouring pad in a circular motion, replace oil./span/span/p/lilispan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:normal;"Maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform duties assigned to the stewarding department. Keep all equipment and supplies well organized./span/span/lilispan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:normal;"Operate, and maintain dish machines, glass machines, floor scrubbers and burnishing machines./span/span/lilispan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:normal;"Clean floors, mats and drains for sanitary reasons using mops, brooms, scrapers, scrubbers and chemicals./span/span/lilispan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:normal;"Remove dirty dishes from cooks line (or disassembly areas) and take to dish room for cleaning and re-stock cooks line with clean dishes./span/span/lilispan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:normal;"When needed maintain cleanliness of employee’s bathrooms by sweeping, mopping and scouring while bending kneeling and crouching./span/span/li/ulp style="margin-bottom:13.0px;" /ppspan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:normal;"strongKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/strong/span/span/pullispan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:normal;"Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year experience in Stewarding and/ or Environmental Services in a kitchen or restaurant style setting; have a thorough knowledge of all cleaning procedures, equipment and supplies./span/span/lilispan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:115.0%;"Must be able to listen and respond to guest inquiries in a positive and professional manner./span/span/lilispan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:normal;"High School Diploma or GED preferred./span/span/lilispan style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:9px;"span style="line-height:normal;"Ability to communicate both oral and written English required.
