We offer:/pp style="margin: 0px;"- Clinical resources throughout the country/pp style="margin: 0px;"- Flexible schedules/pp style="margin: 0px;"- Knowledgeable experienced team members/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongThe Mobile Therapist (MT)span /span/strongis a master's level clinician who provides face to face child centered, family focused, individualized and family psychotherapy, and behavioral management, utilizing a strengths based approach, provided in a setting other than a therapist’s or provider’s office./pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongArea of service includes:span /span/strongCarbon, Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties in NEPA./pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliProvides expertise in behavioral management protocols./liliCollaborates with other treatment team members to design and direct the implementation a behavior modification intervention plan which is individualized to each individual or adolescent and to the family needs./liliIdentifies behavioral goals and intervention techniques, and recommends least restrictive behavioral change methods./liliDevelops treatment plan, services and outcome-based short term goals for identified child/adolescent./liliProvides assessments of the strength and therapeutic needs of assigned children and their families./liliAttends and participates in Inter-Agency Service Planning Team (ISPT) meetings./liliGathers written information on the antecedents, behaviors, and consequences to determine the need for behavioral intervention, if the current behavior plan is working, and to identify any problems with the current behavior plan./liliCollaborates with other involved professions and agencies in order to provide unified services and continuity of care to child and family. Develops discharge planning criteria./liliWorks with families to determine an assessment of family need and appropriate treatment modalities. Provides clinical services to child/adolescent and family./liliProvides written documentation and clinical records of therapeutic process and progress./liliSubmits applicable billing related documentation to facilitate payment of services./liliParticipates in company orientation, in-service training, and Office of Mental Health training./liliEnsures the confidentiality of program participants, records, and information is maintained at all times./liliMaintains effective Multi-Disciplinary Team interactions.
