The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. /p p /p pOpening available at the following branch location:/p p /p p 3659 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701 and pays $20 / hour! /p p /p pWe offer:/p ul liPaid time off/li liEmployee discount/li liRetirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing/li liHealth Insurance/li liLife Insurance/li liDental Insurance/li liVision Insurance/li liTraining and development /li /ul pThe schedule available is:/p ul liMonday: 7:30am-5pm/li liTuesday: 7:30am-5pm/li liWednesday: 7:30am-5pm/li liThursday: 7:30am-5pm/li liFriday: 7:30am-5pm/li liSaturday: rotating Saturday schedule 7:30am -1:30pm/li /ul p /p h2Responsibilities/h2 pWe are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:/p ul liTake incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors/li liManage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned/li liProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone/li liMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner/li liProvide directions and general assistance/li liAssist to assess condition of rental upon return/li liProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions/li liEffectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed/li liUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services /li liMay sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment/li liResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance /li liClean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed/li liPerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing/li liPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned/li /ul pemEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/em/p p /p p /p h2Qualifications/h2 ul liMust have a minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in retail, guest service, or hospitality /li liHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required ul liSome college preferred/li /ul/li liMust have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI)./li liMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future./li liMust be at least 18 years old/li /ul
