Maintains records of all work accomplished and provides reports to supervisor including equipment status, time, materials and corrective action taken./span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:11pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment, food service equipment, machinery and appliances. Diagnose and perform the necessary level of mechanical or electrical repair. Responsible for adjustments, calibration, disassembly, rebuilding or replacement of parts, reassembly, start-up, operational testing and adjustment in accordance with/span/span/span/li /ul p style="margin-left:24px"span style="font-size:12pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"manufacturerrsquo;s specifications and sound maintenance practices./span/span/p ul lispan style="font-size:11pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"Maintain and troubleshoot fire protection systems. Evaluate and remedy Trouble Codes, replace defective devices, inspect and clean early warning devices./span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:11pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"Inspect and maintain food service equipment. Perform repairs on electrical appliances./span/span/span/li /ul p style="margin-left:24px"span style="font-size:12pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Evaluate appliances for serviceability; recommend appropriate actions for repair or replacement.
