By identifying and sharing efficiency, quality, and safety issues, the Supervisor supports continuous improvement and operational consistency to ensure short and long-term success. Cultivate a sense of trust, growth and mutual respect./li liPromote healthy conversations and develop a safety environment for everyone./li liMaintain strong relationships with distribution center leadership and staff./li /ul pstrongWhat you should bring:/strong/p ul li2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment, including key holder responsibility./li liHigh School Diploma, GED, or comparable work-related experience preferred./li liComputer literate with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and web-based program familiarity/li liHands-on position. ul liOperate a Forklift in a safe and efficient manner (training and certification available)./li liAbility to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout duration of shift and effectively perform a job requiring consistent, repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting./li /ul /li liEffective written, verbal, and email communication skills.
