pThe strongServer/strong at Las Vegas Petroleum is responsible for providing outstanding service to customers in our onsite dining facility. This role involves taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment./pp/ph3strongKey Responsibilities:/strong/h3ol listrongCustomer Interaction:/strong/li ul liGreet and seat customers promptly, and present menus with enthusiasm./li liProvide detailed information about daily specials, menu items, and promotions./li liTake orders accurately and efficiently and communicate them to the kitchen staff./li /ul listrongService Excellence:/strong/li ul liDeliver food and drink orders in a timely manner while following health and safety regulations./li liCheck on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly./li liProcess customer payments accurately, including handling cash and credit cards./li /ul listrongCleanliness and Organization:/strong/li ul liMaintain cleanliness in the dining area by clearing tables, resetting them for incoming guests./li liMonitor and restock supplies as needed, including utensils, napkins, and condiments./li liAssist with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas./li /ul listrongTeam Collaboration:/strong/li ul liWork cooperatively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly./li liAssist fellow servers and staff as needed during busy service times./li /ul /olpThe strongServer/strong position at strongLas Vegas Petroleum/strong is crucial in delivering a remarkable customer experience.
