HR Administrative Support/p ul liAssist with maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information./li liSupport onboarding efforts by preparing new hire packets and assisting with orientation materials./li liHelp post job openings on job boards, websites, and internal platforms./li liAssist with scheduling interviews, sending candidate communications, and tracking application statuses./li /ul p /p p2. Training amp; Development Support/p ul liAssist in the coordination of staff training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking./li liMaintain training records and update staff compliance logs./li liHelp organize staff development resources such as training guides, certificates, and e-learning modules./li /ul p /p p3.
