Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment./p p /p pClick HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers./p p /p h2WE LOVE OUR WORK./h2 ul liResponsible for fostering a fun environment./li liResponsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers./li liResponsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events./li liEnsure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program./li liMonitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to company policy and T.I.P.S training./li liPromote gaming events and promotions./li liMust process cash and credit card transactions for guests while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities./li liMaintain a clean and stocked workstation./li liComply with state, company, and department policies and regulations./li liMust have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays./li liResponsible for serving, pre-bussing, bussing and cleaning your section and your teammates section (full-hands in and full-hands out). /li liRoll silverware and clean during down time./li liPerform all opening and closing side work at the direction of your supervisor or manager./li liHelp team members ensure guest is served in a timely manner./li liExpedite and run food for all tables./li liKeep the restaurant clean, organized, and sanitized./li liMust be able to understand and articulate the menu and drinks to guests./li liTip out bartenders./li liStock and clean your section./li liMust participate in end of shift rolling silverware and completion of side work, as a team, until it is all completed./li liWill work special events, as needed./li liOther duties, as needed./li /ul h2BRING US YOUR BEST./h2 ul liMust be 21 or older. /li liMust have high school diploma or GED equivalent. /li liMust have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude./li liMust enjoy hosting and serving others./li liMust be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests./li liAble to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager./li liMust qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission./li liMust be able to work as a team./li liMust be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment./li liMust be able to work a at a very fast pace and walk long distances throughout the shift./li liMust be able to pass a background check./li liMust have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays./li liMust be able to respond to visual and oral cues./li liMust meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy./li liMust be comfortable and capable learning new software./li /ul h2STAY IN THE GAME.
