You will play an essential role as part of a multidisciplinary team in delivering holistic guidance and support./p Responsibilities: ulliWork in a setting with diverse students from varying developmental, cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds./liliWork one on one with an assigned student to meet goals set forth in their IEP, providing accommodations and modifications as necessary./liliAssist in the development and modification of behavior support plans./liliImplement behavior support plans; record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents./liliUtilize behavior support and intervention strategies./liliImplement de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and physical restraint if necessary to maintain the safety of students and staff./liliFoster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages the development of appropriate social and behavioral skills./liliSupervise students and ensure they are always monitored, including to and from appropriate school locations./liliWork in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans./liliProvide personal care support dependent on the student’s needs./liliCommunicate effectively with parents./li/ul Qualifications: ulliHigh school diploma./liliExperience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred./li/ul Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $20.00/Hr.
