Best for someone looking for side work./strong/p pAs a Maintenance Worker you will provide maintenance and repair services for multiple residential homes maintaining licensing and code standards and LSS safety standards. You will inspect the homes routinely to check for needed repairs and provide ongoing maintenance of the heating and AC systems. You will maintain and service program vehicles and assist with capital improvements to program properties as requested by the program Director.
