Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Communicates all custodial or housekeeping issues to maintenance supervisor, assistant maintenance supervisor, or DC management team. Perform maintenance duties for outside grounds of distribution center buildings./pp/ppbspanESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/span/b/ppResponsible for emptying trash containers, cardboard containers, and sweeping all floor areas of the distribution center./ppOperate floor scrubbing equipment and cardboard baler./ppMaintain all stations containing janitorial equipment such as brooms, dust mops, wet mops, mop buckets, etc./ppAssist maintenance team in maintaining and organizing the tote repair area./ppMaintain supplies of paper products and hand cleaner in all restrooms and break room areas./ppAssist the maintenance department in maintaining building grounds such as snow removal, lawn mowing, trash collection, etc./ppAssist the maintenance team with general maintenance duties, as required./ppMaintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations./ppAll other duties as assigned./pp/ppbspanSKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/span/b/ph2spanRequired:/span/h2p1#43; years’ experience in custodial duties in a building, hotel, or distribution center/ppMust be able to multitask and work well in a team environment/ph2spanDesired:/span/h2pHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)/ppBasic knowledge of grounds keeping (i.e. lawn mowing, weeding, trimming, etc.) and facility maintenance and equipment/ppBasic experience in operating lawn mowers, weed trimmers, etc./ppFluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)./pdiv/divp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"O’Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
