While we work with everyone to make sure they have time with their families, we also must make sure the theatre is staffed. /p p   /p p /p pJOB OVERVIEW /p pAs Maintenance Staff, you are in charge of keeping the facilities maintained at a certain amount of upkeep to look their best, and to keep a  safe environment for employees and guests. /p pThis position requires you to work during the evening, on weekends, and occasionally on holidays.  /p p /p pstrongRESPONSIBILITIES /strong/p pJob Duties include but are not limited to:  /p ul li pConduct regular inspections to determine areas that need attention and then perform the tasks. /p/li /ul ul li pWork with and alongside our other maintenance team members that are responsible for maintaining and repairing all our bowling lanes, pinsetters, etc. /p/li /ul ul li pRepair and maintain the building which could be anything from fixing a broken recliner to painting a wall. /p/li /ul ul li pBasic understanding of mechanics is preferred. /p/li /ul ul li pRun errands as needed for the company. /p/li /ul ul li pCleaning.  /p/li /ul ul li pCompleting any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor. /p/li /ulh4Qualifications/h4brpstrongQUALIFICATIONS /strong/p ul li pMust be 18 years of age at the time of hire. /p/li /ul ul li pMust be able to drive errands for the company and always keep a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance on file. /p/li /ul p /p pstrongPHYSICAL DEMANDS /strong/p pPhysical demands include but are not limited to: /p ul li pThe employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch.   Reasonable accommodations for disabilities will be provided, both short term and permanent. /p/li /ul ul li pMust be able to move and transport up to 50 lbs. /p/li /ul
