Logistics Coordinator - Ochopee, FL

pCDR Health Care, Inc., a health care firm, is seeking responsible and reliable individuals for our logistics team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient supply chain process within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective communication and coordination among production, sales, and distribution stages to optimize the supply chain. strongFamiliarity with medical supplies is required. /strongJob duties include:/pp/pul liCoordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. /li liRespond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels. /li liReviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy./li liArrange special shipping when necessary. /li liTrack and resolve shipping errors. /li liPrepare bills and invoices related to shipments. /li liManage distribution and shipment budgets. /li liStocking, cataloging, and organizing products./li liPerform quality checks on stored inventory and report discrepancies. /li liDevelop processes to make the supply chain more efficient and organized./li /ulp br/ppstrongRequirements/strong/pul liHigh school diploma or equivalent required/li liPrevious related experience preferred.strong Familiarity with medical supplies required/strong./li liProficient in Outlook, Microsoft Suite which includes Word, Excel, etc. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settings./li liQuick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities/li liExcellent customer service and client relations skills/li liKeep organization and time management skills/li liGood collaboration and teamwork abilities/li liGreat leadership and goal-setting skills/li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment/li liAdvanced data analysis and data visualization/li liExpert inventory management/li liAbility to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes/li liUnderstanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions/li /ulpstrongBenefits/strong/ppThis is a temporary position not eligibile for benefits./p
