This position is perfect for professionals looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliConduct patient evaluations to assess functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans./liliProvide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily function./liliEducate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies for improving independence./liliMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans./liliCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to provide holistic patient care./liliEnsure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and best practices in occupational therapy./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/pulliEducation: Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program./liliLicensure: Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri./liliExperience: Prior experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not required)./liliSkills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills./liliCertifications: CPR certification (preferred)./li/ulpstrongWork Environment/strong/pulliPRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling./liliAbility to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care./li/ulpstrongCompensation amp; Benefits/strong/pulliCompetitive hourly wage based on experience./li/ulpbr//ppWe are an equal opportunity employer.
