This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a precision-driven environment./ppbr//ppstrongJob Duties/strong/pulliMaintain an organized and efficient tool crib; ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored, tracked, and maintained./liliReview shop lists, MRP data, and work orders to fulfill requests for tools, materials, and supplies./liliIssue and track tools checked in and out by machinists and other personnel./liliClean, inspect, and perform basic sharpening or maintenance of tools./liliAssemble accurate tooling kits in coordination with programming and setup teams./liliAssist machinists with tooling-related questions and basic troubleshooting./liliPerform minor repairs or adjustments to tools and tooling components as needed./liliFollow all internal procedures, including inventory control, MRP use, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements./liliMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area./li/ulpRequirements/pulliAt least basic experience in a tool crib, inventory control, or manufacturing environment./liliUnderstanding of the machining process and ability to communicate with programming/setup teams./liliKnowledge of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and torque wrenches./liliAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (including GDamp;T)./liliIntermediate shop math skills and mechanical aptitude./liliEffective communication skills in English, both verbal and written./liliProficiency with MRP systems, email, and basic computer applications./liliExcellent hand-eye coordination and fine dexterity for handling small parts./liliValid driver’s license and a good driving record (for occasional use of company vehicle)./liliStrong attention to detail and interest in inventory accuracy./liliMust be a dependable team player with a proactive attitude./li/ulpbr//ppstrongFull-time Shifts: /strongMon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm strongor/strong 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off)/ppbr//ppstrongPay Range: /strong$18.50-$26.50 per hour/ppbr//ppstrongBenefits/strong/pulliMedical, dental, vision, life insurance/liliDisability, vacation, sick pay/lili401k/li/ulpstrongPhysical Demands amp; Work Environment/strong/ppbr//ppWork is performed in an open warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes, noise, vibrations, fumes, and chemicals./pulliFrequent sitting, bending, kneeling, walking, repetitive motion, and fine dexterity./liliFrequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 20lbs (occasionally 21-50 lbs)./liliFrequent driving of company vehicles and occasional forklift operation./liliMust have excellent hand-eye coordination and vision (with or without corrective assistance) for detailed tasks./li/ulpstrongITAR Requirement/strong/ppThis position requires access to information governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
