Responsible for maintaining a culture of food and drink exploration, innovation and dedication for customers and employees. The Bartender is responsible for serving patrons at our bar, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar and performing alcohol inventories at the end of each night to help maintain proper inventory levels.nbsp;/p pnbsp;/p pstrongDUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:nbsp;/strong/p ul liCreate a culture of food exploration, innovation and education for guests and employees./li liDeliver a consistently high-level customer service to each customer and maintain a safe environment by identifying any issues./li liTakes customer orders and relays them to the kitchen staff./li liFacilitate the filling of drink orders between customers and the bar./li liSuggest additional menu items, such as desserts and drinks, when appropriate./li liKeep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department./li liDevelop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar satisfied at all times./li liUphold set standard and enforce food and drink preparations and handling ensuring compliance with company food safety policy./li /ul pnbsp;/p pnbsp;/p pnbsp;/p pnbsp;/p pstrongGENERAL REQUIREMENTS:nbsp;/strong/p piThe following describes the general qualifications and physical, sensory, and mental abilities normally associated with performing the essential functions of this position**:nbsp;/i/p ul liHigh School Diploma or equivalent./li liMust maintain state Food Handler’s Permit./li liMust have excellent communication skills./li liInteract with customers in a professional manner.
