pASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for bTicket Specialist/b at bINTRUST Bank Arena/b./pp/ppbuSUMMARY:/u/b/ppAssist guests with ticket purchases over the phone and in person. /pp/ppbuRESPONSIBILITIES:/u/b/pullipAnswer questions related to price, seating, and event information with courtesy and efficiency./p/lilipAccept payment form agreed upon and distribute tickets properly./p/lilipKeep accurate daily balance sheet for cash received and tickets sold. /p/lilipFulfill ticket requests at will-call window according to procedures./p/lilipOpen and close ticket window as required./p/lilipRegular attendance is an essential job function./p/lilipMust be able to pass a background/credit check./p/lilipPosition requires the ability to work at all ASM Global venues in Wichita and Andover./p/lilipOther duties as assigned./p/li/ulp/ppbuQUALIFICATIONS:/u/b/pullipHigh School Diploma or GED./p/lilipPositive attitude and neat appearance./p/lilipExcellent interpersonal communication skills/p/lilipExceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills./p/lilipBox Office or Guest Service background (18#43; months preferred)/p/li/ulp/ppbuSKILLS AND ABILITIES:/u/b/pullipHandle cash with great responsibility and make change accurately./p/lilipFollow directions and effectively perform tasks as instructed./p/lilipComplete basic computer functions within Select-A-Seat software./p/lilipOrganize and correctly input customer data./p/lilipUtilize proper phone etiquette with guests./p/li/ulullipWork independently and as part of a team with little or no supervision./p/li/ulullipSpeak and understand English./p/lilipPerform other related duties as assigned./p/li/ulp/ppbuOTHER QUALIFICATIONS:  /u/b /ppRequires ability to work flexible hours, primary hours are for events to include nights, weekends and holidays./pp/ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
