Dismantles, repairs, rebuilds, and replaces equipment and parts as needed. /span/p/lilipspanAdheres to all plant safety policies. Participates in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs./span/p/lilipspanProvides assistance and guidance to junior maintenance colleagues./span/p/lilipspanExecute preventive Maintenance to machines and electrical cabinets such as clean up electrical cabinets, re-tight all electrical terminals, replace damaged devices, organize cables, ensure all components are perfectly grounded, replace bad sensors, replace control and power cables going to the field. /span/p/lilipspanManage Work orders on eMaint plantform to report all executed tasks on the machines./span/p/lilipspanMust be familiar with Programable Logic Controllers (PLC), must be able to diagnose bad input/Output card. /span/p/lilipspanExecute predictive maintenance to Main power cabinets using thermographic camera./span/p/lilipspanTroubleshoot electrical faults on machines and electrical devices./span/p/lilipspanRoot cause analysis for major breakdowns on machines./span/p/lilipspanReplace and configure Servo drives, VFD’s and HMI’s./span/p/lilipspanReplace and Troubleshoot 480 VAC motors, 120 Vac motors./span/p/lilipspanReplace and troubleshoot servo motors./span/p/li/ulp/ppbEducation and Experience /b/pullipRequired-Electrician Journeyman License/p/lilipRequired-Electrician Industrial License/p/lilipTypically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) or technical training and ispan3-5 years of recent experience in an industrial/manufacturing maintenance position required/span/i  /p/li/ulp/ppbKnowledge and Skills /b/pullipDemonstrates ability to select and operate appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks./p/lilipPossesses an operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems./p/lilipDemonstrates ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and work orders./p/lilipDemonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to team members./p/lilipDemonstrates the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./p/lilipPossesses the ability to troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble manufacturing equipment./p/lilipDemonstrates strong written and oral communication skills./p/lilipDemonstrates the ability to work effectively under limited supervision./p/lilipProficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software./p/li/ulp/ppspanAt bGreif/b, your work has purpose, colleagues care about your well-being, and you have the opportunity to grow and thrive. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $40.52 to $40.52. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases.
