The TM's responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking.brbrbNote:/b This is a seasonal/temporary position designed to provide extra support to our stores during peak season. We're always looking for talented individuals to join our team, and offer the opportunity to apply for regular part-time or full-time roles as they become available.brbrbuESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/u/b/p ul liThe TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner./li liThe TM contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service./li liThe TM performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience./li liThe TM processes freight, sorts, stocks products in designated areas, all store merchandising guidelines./li liTM performs Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building./li liThe TM completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and on time./li liThe TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably./li liAll other duties based on business need./li /ulbuQUALIFICATIONS/u/b ul liAt least 18 years old./li liHigh School Diploma/Equivalent./li liCommunicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills./li liAbility to:/li ul style="list-style-type:circle;" liwork a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays./li lilift a minimum of 5O lbs. or team lift 100 lbs./li liuse hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms/li listand or walk for prolonged periods of time./li libend, climb, and reach at times./li liwork effectively independently and within a team./li /ul liStrong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc./li liReliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.
