Maintenance Technician I - Full-time

Check out our parent company's website: /spana href="http://pattern.com/"http://pattern.com//anbsp;/divdivbr/divdivWe are looking for additional support for our maintenance team to effectively run our new conveyor system and support the operations team through the exciting change in our brand new warehouse that launched in October 2024! /divdivbr/divbr/br/bEssential Duties and Responsibilities /bbr/liPerform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems. Inspect and troubleshoot automated conveyance and sortation./liliConduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems./liliPlan, schedule, and implement corrective actions using available tools and equipment./liliUtilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track amp; complete work orders, log maintenance activities, and manage inventory of spare parts./liliCreate, open and close work orders electronically./liliTroubleshoot and analyze root cause for machine malfunctions to include photo-eye sensors, conveyor motors, belts, rollers, stretch wrappers, dock doors, etc./liliRead and interpret schematic drawing for motor controls circuits./liliDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical system issues to minimize downtime./liliAssist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems./liliCollaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication./liliPerform safety inspections on maintenance and production areas./liliAdhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
