Relocate computer hardware, peripherals, and equipment as needed./li liProvide technical assistance to users of computers, instructional equipment, and software./li liInstall and configure application and operating system software and upgrades./li liAssist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of data communications circuits and equipment./li liAssist with the organization and distribution of technology-based material for classroom use./li liDiagnose and repair network connectivity and hardware issues, including printers, terminals, and personal computers./li liRemove old equipment and perform data migration to new machines./li liService equipment according to established preventive maintenance schedule. Maintain accurate updated records of preventive maintenance./li liMaintain accurate records of time and materials required to perform repairs and service./li liMaintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and other equipment and material at assigned site(s)./li liIdentify, request, and control the inventory of repair parts./li liCompile, maintain, and file all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents./li liRespond to after-hours emergencies as needed./li liFollow district safety protocols and emergency procedures./li liComply with state, district, and school regulations and policies including the Texas Educator Code of Ethics/li liPerform such other tasks and accepts such other responsibilities as may be assigned./li /ol
