liPerform hardware and software break / fix work including but not limited to upgrades/li
liDevelop expert understanding of PC hardware, software, internal software and associated technologies/li
liDiagnose/resolve end-user problems including recognition, isolation, research of software/hardware errors/features if required and problem resolution/li
liExecute planned and unplanned infrastructure downtime activities as required/li
liAssist in maintaining the LAN/WAN infrastructure on a day-to-day basis/li
liMonitor the infrastructure to identify/resolve issues/li
liRespond to escalated end-user issues/li

liInstalls and configures all new PCs and laptops/li

liMonitoring the infrastructure to identify/resolve issues/li

liParticipate in maintenance activities geared to ensuring the health and availability of infrastructure equipment/li
liProviding problem analysis and support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded infrastructure performance/li
liMoves employee equipment/li
liOrganizes and maintains equipment inventory levels/li
liAnalyzes and evaluates PC hardware and software/li
liResponsible for a broad set of desktop and related technologies including high-end copiers, scanners, and printers/li
liAssists with purchase order activity/li
liFrequently lifts, carries, or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 50 pounds/li
liProvides support utilizing all available tools including remote control technologies/li
liAssists in the coordination and execution of planned and unplanned infrastructure downtime activities as required/li
liUnderstudies one or more infrastructure technology disciplines/li
liGrasps concepts and develops skill-set/li
liApplies learning on a supervised basis/li
liAll other duties as assigned/li

liTechnical Associates degree or equivalent preferred/li
li2-3 years of relevant technical work experience/li
liExperience in a Windows 11, and Mac OS X environment /li
liExperience with Office 365 and above/li
liExperience with multiple hardware platforms/li
liExperience with iOS and Android mobile platforms/li
liCertifications a plus (A+ or other)/li
liEffective problem-solving skills/li
liCustomer service skills/li
liDetail oriented/li
liSound analytical skills/li
liAbility to multitask/li
liCollaborative/enjoys working in teams/li
liHighly productive in a fast paced environment/li
