Separate rates for spouses/dependents./liliRetirement plan with up to a 3% matching employer contribution/lili3 weeks of paid vacation (increases with service)/lili13 days of paid holidays/lili9 days of Sick Leave (Separate from PFML amp; FMLA)/liliEmployee Assistance Program/liliGenerous Childcare Tuition Assistance/li/ulpPosition is Full-Time, strong40 hours per week/strong (Monday through Friday), located in Shoreline, WA./ppbr//ppstrongAs an Assistant Teacher/strong strongyou will:/strong/pulliWork cooperatively with the Lead Teacher to implement planned curriculum and maintain a nurturing environment for the children enrolled in the program./liliAssist in classroom management and ensure that Children’s Village policies are followed for safety and well-being./liliBuild positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members./liliCommunicate any concerns regarding children or the program to the Lead Teacher in a timely manner./liliMaintain classroom supplies and equipment in coordination with the Lead Teacher./liliParticipate in in-service training and team-building activities to support professional growth./liliImplement curriculum and lesson plans for individuals and assigned groups as directed by the Lead Teacher./liliAssist with maintaining accurate records for attendance, meal tracking, and other daily reports as required by state regulations./liliSupport the Lead Teacher in maintaining health and safety standards, including guiding children in emergency drills and following classroom safety protocols./liliPerform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the childcare center./li/ulh3br//h3pRequirements/pullinbsp;Completed 30 hours STARS training within 90 days of hire or have educational exemption./liliABILITY TO WORK LONGER DAYTIME HOURS DURING SCHOOL BREAKS AND HOLIDAYS./lili1-year child care experience preferred./liliMust be at least 18 years old./liliProof of negative TB test and MMR Vaccine./liliFirst Aid/CPR card within 90 days. (Can provide)/liliHIV/Bloodborne Pathogen training within 90 days.
