pspan style="font-weight: bold"span style="font-size: 18px"Job Description/span/span/p pspan style="font-size: 15px"The facilities and equipment maintenance technician is a span style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline"part time/span position that oversees the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery, including HVAC, building lighting systems, production lines, ovens, groundskeeping, security and overall facility appearance. /span/p pspan style="font-size: 15px"Dynamic and versatile professional adept at handling a wide range of responsibilities. Experienced in handling a wide range of maintenance, facilities  and mechanical support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting a diverse restaurant organization./span/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"span style="font-size: 18px"Responsibilities/span/span/p pspan style="font-size: 15px"Lead all facility, grounds, and equipment maintenance and improvement efforts /span/p pspan style="font-size: 15px"Maintain all machines and equipment in the FOH and BOH.
