Flexibility required to meet the needs of our students./pdivpbMinimum starting rate of pay:/b $22.70 per hour/p/divp/ppspaniThis position is grant funded for 1 year with the possibility for renewal./i/span/pp/pdivpbPOSITION SUMMARY /b/p/divdivpThis role supports the full-time Adult Education Navigator in recruiting, onboarding, and managing students in Career Pathways Bridge programs. The position collaborates with various college departments (Assessment, Student Finance, Admissions, Academic Coaching) to provide comprehensive support services. Key responsibilities include case management to ensure student persistence, retention, credential completion, and transition to further education when desired. Additional duties include assisting with marketing efforts and other Career Pathways Bridge program functions as needed./pp/ppbESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /b/p/divulliRecruit students for via mail, e-mail, phone, in-person appointments, and informational sessions and maintain a file of potential students./liliReview various criteria, to include assessment testing, to determine eligibility of students for CPB programming./liliNavigate students through enrollment process to include Career Pathways Bridge admission paperwork, program entry requirements, payment plans, etc./liliProcess student class enrollments and provide summary of class schedule to students each term./liliServe as liaison between students and ancillary departments, such as Assessment, Student Finance, Admissions, etc./liliCollaborate with and support faculty to ensure student success./liliProvide case management to students to ensure persistence and completion of their CPB program, and/or transition to post-secondary programming./liliSchedule and facilitate informational sessions, both on campus and off, for recruitment of new students./liliAssist with advertising of Career Pathways Bridge programs to include radio, print, social media, and community outreach./li/uldivp/p/divdivpbMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE/b/p/divdivulliAssociate Degree in related field, required/liliTwo years of recruitment, customer service, administrative assistant or related experience, required./liliBilingual – Oral amp; Written English and Spanish required./liliExperience in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook required; experience in Workday is preferred./li/ul/divdivpi**An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. /i/pp/ppbuPreferred Qualifications:/u/b/p/divdivulliBachelor’s Degree in related field, preferred./li/ul/divdivp/ppbuSkills and Abilities:/u/b/p/divdivulliStudent Success: Demonstrate behaviors and actions that support student recruitment, retention, and student success initiatives./liliValues: Demonstrate behaviors and action that support the College’s values/liliCollaboration: Demonstrate behaviors and actions that create respectful environments and services for all, and the ability to work effectively across differences in background and experience./li/ulp/p/divpbReasonable Accommodations Statement /bbr /To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
