Mobility is encouraged as there are many opportunities for Chevron engineers to work in a variety of assignments at different domestic locations. Typical assignments include providing Materials Engineering support to refining or upstream facilities. Your duties will include material selection, reviewing specifications, performing failure analyses, corrosion studies, and metallurgy studies. You will work under the direction of a senior materials engineer. You will be expected to provide a written and oral summary of your internship, highlighting your contributions and impact./ppAt the completion of the internship, interns will have the opportunity to apply for a return internship or full-time position with Chevron.
