Role Summary: p style="margin: 0px;"Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Uphold and improve upon all service standards of URBN Food Beverage/p Role Responsibilities: ulliWelcome and greet guests/liliInform guests of specials and menu changes/liliMake recommendations and suggest appropriate beverage pairings/liliAnswer questions regarding the menu including regions where foods come from, how dishes are prepared to describe in detail tastes and textures/liliAnswer questions regarding beverage lists, where wines and beers are produced and their aromas flavors/liliAnswer questions about our restaurant functions and services and that of all the restaurants in our company/liliTake food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter them into POS system/liliPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons/liliMaintain clean service areas/liliMonitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
