Other duties may be assigned. /p ul liCollect and process payments /li liWhen we receive authorizations back in the mail imports and calls parents /li liSchedules treatment appointments and recall appointments /li liConfirms treatment appointments /li liTakes calls throughout the day /li /ul ul liProcess No Show Reports /li liSchedules patients from ASAP List /li liChecks patients in and out /li liVerifies info on file /li liVerifies eligibility with insurance /li /ul ul liCalls patients when past 10 mins /li liConfirms observation appointments /li liSchedules observation appointments /li liWorks on daily sign in sheet /li liScans in NPP, and enters it in the system /li /ul ul liRegular, predictable attendance is required /li liAbility to get along and work effectively with others /li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 pstrongEducation and/or Experience:/strong  /p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent/li /ul ul li6+ months of healthcare/dental front office experience is preferred/li /ul ul liBilingual in Spanish is preferred/li /ul
