The Solar Farm Technician I monitors the solar power plant’s availability and ensures mechanical and electrical maintenance is being performed when necessary to maintain established safety and operating targets. Responsible for executing daily scheduling philosophy, utilizing a prioritized list of work provided by planning with a focus on maximizing generation and ensuring proactive work is prioritized and completed. This job also maintains accountability and readiness of plant tools, equipment, and vehicles; provides technical guidance to the Oamp;M team; tracks and maintains records of service activities both
