pDescription/ppstrongSummary/strong/ppThe Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining the daily breakfast service to ensure a clean, welcoming, and satisfying experience for guests. This role involves stocking and replenishing food and beverage items, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and providing friendly, attentive service. The Breakfast Attendant also follows food safety standards, assists with inventory, and supports overall guest satisfaction by creating a positive start to each guest’s day./ppbr//ppstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities/strong/pulliAssist in the set-up and closing of the hot / continental breakfast using the provided checklists./liliPrepare food and replenish as needed./liliEnsure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures, i.e. product rotation, dating, labeling, cleaning./liliComplete daily inventory prep sheet./liliAssist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, lobby and surrounding areas./liliClear and clean tables./liliAssist guests as needed providing exemplary service./liliWash dishes and serving utensils as needed./liliCollect trash and waste and transport to disposal area./liliAssist in checking all fixtures, equipment and conditions (lights, heating/cooling, appliances, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) for proper operation, settings and maintenance.
