We will do this in partnership with families,nbsp;the community, staff and students to develop confident and self-reliant lifelong learners who can thrive in a rapidly changing, more technologically advanced and diverse society.br br bPosition Summary:nbsp; nbsp;nbsp;/bUnder the supervision of the building principal, the Paraeducator I supports the district’s mission by providing academic and supervisory support to students in an atmosphere of warmth, cooperation and service to others.nbsp; The Paraeducator I works in various school settings including classrooms, the playground and cafeteria.nbsp;br br strongTerms of Employment/strong:nbsp; nbsp;189 days per school year, when school is in session.nbsp; Six (6) hours and forty (40) minutes per day, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, on regular student attendance days and reduced hours on late student arrival and early release days.nbsp; The work schedule is 8:40 a.m. - 3:20 p.m. on regular student attendance days; 9:40 a.m. - 3:20 p.m. on late student arrival days; 8:40 a.m. - 11:50 a.m. on early release days.
