Responsibilities:
p style="margin: 0px;"Executes various technical tasks and responsibilities within field operations. Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems. Ensures the functionality and reliability of various technologies. Key duties include conducting site surveys, configuring hardware and software, testing systems for proper operation, and providing technical support to customers. Field Technicians must possess strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members./pp style="margin: 0px;" /pulliUtilizes and comprehends project Safety plan (JHA, AHA, PFW), enforcing M.C. Dean handbook and policies./liliParticipates in quality reviews of M.C. Dean design documentation, analyzing and interpreting drawing packages to evaluate constructability./liliTracks project metrics and participates in weekly resource allocation meetings./liliVerifies correct charges in timesheets on projects./liliExecutes installation and maintenance activities within planned durations, ensuring completion of detailed documentation./liliTracks and inventories tools, conducts tool inspections, and organizes material ordering and receiving./liliConducts daily ORM meetings, ensures team compliance with safety requirements, and completes accident/incident reporting./liliParticipates in PITCO plan creation and build out, executing PITCO plan to ensure high-quality testing and installation./liliInstalls system raceway, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures, and panels, adhering to industry standards. · Terminates, tests, and configures electronic devices, network and IT equipment./liliManages base switch configurations, participates in configuration of servers and workstations, and troubleshoots programmable components./liliEnsures compliance with established QC plans and checklists, conducting quality control inspections and documenting findings./liliInstalls and maintains field devices, terminates and tests system components, and troubleshoots copper and fiber optic issues. · Leads commissioning efforts, tracks commissioning activities, and assists in representing M.C. Dean in meetings with owners and design teams./liliCommunicates consistently with MC Dean Project Teams, other trades, and customers, demonstrating dedication and collaboration./liliLeads by example, provides constructive feedback, mentors crew members, and encourages strategic thinking and innovation./liliDemonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, aligning with M.C. Qualifications:
