You will be based in Clifton New Jersey but will be supporting our Tampa or Chicago region./p pThe schedule will be Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday./p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liPartner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure sufficient driver pool ready for the business/li liAbility to understand drivers performance and providing the necessary support/li liSuggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations/li liDaily, weekly, monthly reporting in regards to delivery performance for the warehouse/li liAssist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned/li liAbility to drive company vans to various maintenance vendors if needed/li liAbility to deliver packages on daily basis as required./li /ul pstrongQualifications/strong/p ul liHigh School or equivalent experience/li liMinimum 1 - 3 years of experience in logistic operations/li liMinimum 1 years of experience using Excel, Google Suite and ability to handle large amounts of data, creating pivot tables, data visualization and make informed decisions/li liAbility to lift up to 50lbs/li liAbility to deliver packages as needed/li liAbility to stand for long hours, adapt to extreme weather conditions/li liAbility to work one day on the weekends/li liFluent Mandarin Chinese or Spanish nice to have./li /ul pstrongCompany Benefits/strong/p ul liComprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.
