Reaches production guidelines and standards by sorting, processing or hanging donated goods./p p2. Assists in developing additional donors for the agency./p p3. Ensures the proper rotation of merchandise./p p4. Participates in the agency#39;s loss control efforts by reporting suspicious activity to a supervisor or the Loss Prevention Director./p p5. Ensures a clean and safe environment in the plant by practicing good housekeeping practices./p p6. Regular attendance is required as outlined in Goodwill#39;s attendance policy./p p7. Observes safety procedures and Goodwill policies./p p8. Attends regular employee meetings and training./p p9. Acts as a positive role model for employees, participants and donors./p p10. May participate in new store building and renovation efforts as needed./p p11. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned./p h4Qualifications/h4brpstrongQUALIFICATIONS/strong/p pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.nbsp; The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required./p pstrongEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/strong/p pMental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines. Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience./p pstrongADDITIONAL INFORMATION/strong/p pMay involve travel within the state of Arkansas during new store building and store renovation efforts.nbsp; Frequent physical exertion and exposure to unfit donated goods.
