This role ensures guest satisfaction through attention to detail, timely service, and professionalism./ppbr//ppnbsp;/ph3strongKey Responsibilities:/strong/h3ulliGreet guests promptly and warmly, escort them to tables when necessary.br/nbsp;/liliPresent menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.br/nbsp;/liliTake accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.br/nbsp;/liliServe food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.br/nbsp;/liliCheck in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.br/nbsp;/liliProcess guest payments accurately (cash, credit, room charge).br/nbsp;/liliSet up, clean, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.br/nbsp;/liliMaintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.br/nbsp;/liliAdhere to hotel and restaurant policies, health and safety regulations, and sanitation standards.br/nbsp;/liliCommunicate effectively with kitchen and other team members.br/nbsp;/liliUpsell menu items and promote hotel services when appropriate.br/nbsp;/liliHandle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism or escalate to supervisor as needed.br/nbsp;/li/ulpRequirements/ppnbsp;/ph3strongQualifications:/strong/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.br/nbsp;/liliPrevious restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.br/nbsp;/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills.br/nbsp;/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.br/nbsp;/liliMust be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.br/nbsp;/liliFamiliarity with POS systems and basic math for handling payments.br/nbsp;/li/ulh3strongPhysical Requirements:/strong/h3ulliAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.br/nbsp;/liliAbility to lift trays or items up to 25 pounds.br/nbsp;/liliManual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for serving and carrying trays./li/ul
