Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are actively looking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team!

About the role:

• Manage commercial policy renewals by remarketing, amending, or rewriting coverage based on client needs and market conditions

• Respond promptly to cancellation requests, endorsements, client inquiries, and sales requests within designated timelines

• Enter all client communications and policy details into the management system, setting timely follow-ups as needed

• Collect and submit required documentation from insureds to carriers, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete

• Provide detailed explanations of policy options and coverage to insureds, delivering excellent customer service

• Address client questions related to policy coverage and claims, offering clear and accurate guidance

• Maintain strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, rating systems, and compliance requirements for all commercial lines

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, prioritizing timely and professional communication

• Hold an active Florida 2-20 license with at least 3 years of commercial insurance experience in an independent agency setting
