We are seeking a seasoned Assistant General Manager with at least 3 years of Management Experience in Fast Food or Quick Service Restaurant for our confidential client. This opportunity is at a well-established concept and part of an organization that is growing and offers great advancement potential. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will work under the General Manager and assist with all aspects of the restaurant in this fast-paced, fun, family-friendly location!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Job Requirements:

• MUST have at least 3 years of AGM or GM Restaurant Management experience in a QSR or Fast-Food setting
• Experience with Food Ordering Systems
• Experience Managing a Team
• Able to read P & L statements
• Experience with scheduling, training and development
• Highly motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work well with a team
• Reliable transportation/ability to get to scheduled shifts
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• An impressive work ethic
• Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task
