Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Relations Superstar to join our team! If you're driven, motivated, and ready to take charge we want to talk to you! We need a go-getter that can be organized, professional, and move fast in our growing company. You will be responsible for scheduling and service information, estimates and customer follow up, working closely with AR and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage leads
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about our services
• Coordinate schedules for inspections and subcontractors
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Generate estimates and invoices
• Light driving
• Occasional after-hours communication

• Previous experience in construction or related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and motivated
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Pay rate DOE
• Working knowledge of CRM-type databases is a plus
