Pet Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have a border collie. Hes very sweet but always very nervous. He cant eat around other dogs so he might have to be by his self when he eats (bam) gets very overprotective of his foodand then I have a little dog (skt). Hes still basically a puppy and he can eat wherever he got separation anxiety, just cause I havent really left his side Since I got him
