Radiology Physician

Job Title: Locum Radiologist - Santa Rosa, CA

Join a leading imaging center based at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital! We are seeking a dedicated locum radiologist to join our team, offering critical services in breast imaging, starting ASAP. This facility specializes in comprehensive care and delivers high-quality services, contributing to the well-being of predominantly adult women with breast imaging needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide vacation coverage from October 13-17, Thanksgiving week (November 24-26), December 22-24, and December 29-31.
• Perform various radiological procedures including mammography, MRI breast imaging, and breast procedures.
• Handle an average of 56.9 cases per day including screens, diagnostics, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
• Collaborate with support staff including mammography and ultrasound techs.
• Utilize documentation systems including Powerscribe, EPIC, and Hologic for reporting.
• Work in a schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM over four days per week.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Radiology (ABR or AOBR) - REQUIRED
• Active California medical license - REQUIRED
• Breast Fellowship training - highly preferred
• BLS certification - highly preferred

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in Radiology (ABR or AOBR) is mandatory.
• An active California medical license is required.
• BLS certification is highly recommended.
• Providers requiring a new state license will not be accepted due to credentialing timelines.
