Get to Know Your Team: 

• Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering 24-hour emergency services, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care and urology.

• The Case Manager functions to promote the development of case management and utilization to contribute to quality, cost-effective care.
• He/she provides guidance and direction to assist patients’ families in the implementation of case management and post discharge.
• The Case Manager is expected to work collaboratively with Quality/Risk department, nursing staff, physicians and members of administration in the resolution of issues which are barriers to achieving desired treatment and financial outcomes.
• The Case Manager is responsible for on-going education of staff as it relates to case management principles/practices.
• The Case Manager may provide leadership to internal hospitals committees and task forces as appropriate.
• The Case Manager works with third party payer representatives as needed.

Job Requirements:

• ADN or BSN
• Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license (upon hire)
• BLS
• A minimum of 3 years RN experience.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• BSN
