Salary Range $23-$26 per hour

Maximum Range is provided as an example of the Wage/salary range for each position and its earning capacity given factors such as time in position, longevity with the company, education level, and performance experience.  Newly entering employees should expect to enter at the minimum level. 

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Assists in administering various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
· Assists with onboarding of new employees, as necessary by location.
· Oversees the preparation and maintenance of all personnel files; ensure confidentiality of all personnel records.
· Maintains human resource information system records, compiles reports from the database and close out all terminated files via HRIS.
· Responsible for the daily management and tracking of leaves of absence, including FMLA/CFRA, ADA, PFL, etc.
· Provide administrative oversight for COVID-19 cases; responsible for Covid-19 tracking and reporting.
· Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefit laws and regulations.
· Serve as contact for all inquiries and correspondence regarding personnel/employment verification, payroll/wage deductions, state unemployment and disability benefits, etc.
· Handles employee relations counseling, separation counseling, exit interviewing and assists with employee investigations.
· Performs other related duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or mission.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Individuals must have a valid driver’s license, liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record.  
•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•	Ability to speak/read/write proficient English. Bilingual preferred.
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office/365.
•	Ability to analyze facts and information and draw accurate conclusions.
•	Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
•	Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
•	Works well under pressure and with deadlines; ability to multitask.
•	Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
•	Honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality.
•	Thorough knowledge about company’s mission and services.
•	Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines.

Required Experience:
•	Minimum of three years of experience in human resources required.
•	Valid drivers license and insured/reliable vehicle.
•	Background check.
