Job Description
Overview:
Adecco Staffing is currently seeking dependable and skilled Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Fresno, CA. This full-time position offers competitive pay between $25.00 and $26.00 per hour, with 1st shift running from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 2nd shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. In this role, you’ll be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and general facility upkeep to ensure smooth plant operations in a fast-paced, food-grade environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on processing machinery and support equipment
Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Maintain tools, inventory, and work areas in safe, organized condition
Support ammonia refrigeration systems and update PSM/PM records
Complete work orders accurately and on time
Follow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements
Communicate maintenance issues clearly across departments
Assist with building and facility repairs as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance
Technical training or certification in related fields preferred
Hands-on experience with welding, basic electrical, and refrigeration systems
Able to work in cold, wet, and raw material environments
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
