Job Title: CNC Machinist - Programmer - 1st Shift | $24 - $30 / hr

Location: Sidney, OH
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $30.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00A-3:30P

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC tube and pipe bending machines (Eaton Leonard, Pines, Horn, etc.)
• Set up tooling, mandrels, wipers, and adjust bend angles/radii for optimal results
• Read blueprints, bend instructions, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate production
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, angle finders, and protractors
• Troubleshoot issues and make machine/program adjustments as needed
• Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality specifications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CNC bender or CNC Programing experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and precision measuring tools
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed technical instructions
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
