Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Deliver care across a wide range of surgical and procedural cases.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams.
• Participate in scheduled night and weekend call coverage.
• Respond within 1 hour when on-call and provide services as needed.
• Manage pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC EMR.
• Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA is required.
• Active Michigan RN License must be in hand at the time of presentation.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• 1-2 years of CRNA work experience (not including RN or training).
• Clean malpractice/license history is necessary.
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) is required.
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start.

License and Certification Requirements

• Active Michigan RN License.
• Board Certified CRNA.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• All required certifications must be active at start.
