WhatYoullDo:

AsController,you'llreportdirectlytotheCEOandoverseeallaspectsoffinancialmanagement,including:

• Leadingfinancialreporting,budgeting,forecasting,andperiod-endclose
• Managingcashflow,treasuryfunctions,corporatecardprograms,andbankingrelationships
• Supportingauditprep,compliance,andtaxfilings
• Overseeingcontractadministrationandbondingrequirements
• PartneringwithProjectManagementandOperationstoalignfielddatawithfinancialreporting
• Supervisingandmentoringtheaccounting&financeteam
• ActingasastrategicadvisortotheCEOandexecutiveleadership

WhatWereLookingFor:

• BachelorsdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orrelatedfield(CPApreferred)
• 7+yearsofprogressivefinance/accountingexperience,ideallyinconstruction
• StrongknowledgeofGAAP,WIPreporting,andproject-basedfinancials
• ExperiencewithFoundationsoftwareorlargeERP
• MUSTHAVEpercentalofcompletionaccountingskillset/experience
