In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for pool start-ups, maintenance, and repairsconfiguring equipment, balancing water chemistry, diagnosing issues, and educating customers. As our Service & Start-Up Technician, you'll be a vital part of the team responsible for making sure pools are clean, functional, and ready to be enjoyed. As we hand over newly built and completed pools to our customers, these key responsibilities play a vital role in this transition.

Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication to homeowners.
Conduct pool orientations, teaching customers how to maintain and operate their pools.
Address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience.

Configure and calibrate pool automation systems, pumps, valves, heaters, and controllers.
Diagnose and resolve pool equipment issues, escalating complex repairs when needed.
Ensure all equipment is installed correctly and running efficiently.

Perform vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and filter maintenance.
Monitor and adjust water chemistry to ensure safety and optimal performance.

Identify and repair common pool equipment issues in the field.
Document repairs and escalate issues that require additional support.

Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure your truck is fully stocked.
Keep a clean, organized, and well-maintained service vehicle.
Report and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Maintain detailed records of work performed, including serial numbers and parts used.
Upload photos of equipment, site conditions, and inspections for tracking.
Ensure work orders are marked as completed, rescheduled, or requiring follow-up.

Educate customers on proper pool care and equipment use.
Mentor new technicians, sharing your expertise to help the team grow.
