Location: Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL
Compensation: $16/hr + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: Full-Time | Nights & Weekends Available (Hours of Operation 7am  to 9pm)

Right now, we’re hiring Sales Associates to take charge of the Pay Station area and help turn one-time customers into loyal members. This is an entry-level sales role perfect for people who enjoy talking to others, love retail sales, and want to be part of a young, high-energy team.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training — you bring the personality and drive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Use touchscreen tools to give short, high-impact presentations about our membership plans

• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the outdoor sales process

• Handle payments and manage customer accounts with confidence and accuracy

• Hit or exceed daily sales goals — we’ll show you how, and you’ll earn big when you do

• Deliver a smooth, friendly experience from start to finish — a great attitude goes a long way

• Learn our tools, tech, and process — and keep improving with every shift
