Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
Active, unrestricted PMHNP license (or NP with a psychiatric specialization) in Connecticut
Experience providing care via telehealth, or openness to using our integrated platform
Availability of at least 5 hours/week to start
Comfort with documentation, collaboration, and using technology to support excellent care
A strong sense of professionalism—and a commitment to the Golden Rule: treat patients and colleagues with the respect you’d want for your own family
❤️ Bonus Points If You…
Are licensed in multiple states
DEA license with prescriptive authority in your practicing state(s)
Have experience with addiction medicine, co-occurring disorders, or trauma-informed care
Are comfortable prescribing both psychiatric medications and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options like buprenorphine
Have worked in collaborative care or tech-enabled environments before
Are passionate about redefining mental health and substance use care
